Support local packaging projects and manage innovation workstreams.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams and Contract Manufacturers.

Investigate materials and processes for product improvement.

Navigate last-minute changes and support builds locally.

Liaise with US-based stakeholders through written communication when necessary.

3-5 years of experience in packaging, reliability testing, or mechanical engineering.

Proficiency in both Chinese and Vietnamese languages.

Strong communication and stakeholder alignment abilities.
