Job Summary:
This role is for a skilled Packaging Program Manager to lead the development of inclusive, sustainable, and cost-effective packaging solutions for consumer electronics. The primary focus will be on protecting products and brand integrity while ensuring a delightful customer unboxing experience. The successful candidate will drive complex projects from concept to release, collaborating extensively with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Summary:
This role is for a skilled Packaging Program Manager to lead the development of inclusive, sustainable, and cost-effective packaging solutions for consumer electronics. The primary focus will be on protecting products and brand integrity while ensuring a delightful customer unboxing experience. The successful candidate will drive complex projects from concept to release, collaborating extensively with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead packaging design programs, managing deliverables from structure lock to artwork release.
- Collaborate with product planning and localization teams for SKU strategy and language settings.
- Drive sample allocations, pack-out exercises, and post-build reviews with cross-functional teams.
- Manage and resolve open issues, including artwork discrepancies and release issues.
- Facilitate collaboration with a wide range of cross-functional teams for content development and information gathering.
- Minimum 3 years of program management experience in Consumer Hardware/Electronics.
- Minimum 2 years of direct experience in packaging program management or package engineering.
- Demonstrated experience in creative design and cross-functional team collaboration.
