Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Component Engineering Specialist with a deep understanding of electronic component technologies and PCN management processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in monitoring, assessing, and communicating the impact of proposed changes on existing products and designs while providing technical expertise on electronic components. This role requires collaboration with design, quality, and manufacturing teams to evaluate PCN implications and maintain a centralized PCN database.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and review incoming PCNs and assess their impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and respond to PCN implications.
• Lead PCN review meetings and maintain a centralized tracking system.
• Provide technical expertise on electronic components and assist in the qualification of alternatives.
• Effectively communicate technical information to diverse audiences and ensure compliance with industry trends and regulatory requirements.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong understanding of electronic components, including active, passive, and semiconductor devices.
• Proficient in PCN management processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Industry Experience Required:
Prior experience in electronic manufacturing or component engineering is highly preferred.
