Pay Range: $30 - $35 Per hour on W2

JOB SUMMARY:
Client is looking for Order Management (OM) Specialists to join their team in Atlanta, Texas, or Ohio, committed to managing and optimizing order flow processes for our large-scale clients. This position requires active management of blocked orders, seamless collaboration with partner teams for order adjustments, and effective communication with customers to ensure a comprehensive understanding and fulfillment of their order requirements. Prospective candidates should be adept at driving process improvements and maintaining detailed documentation and playbooks to enhance operation efficiency.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Efficiently identify and resolve blocked orders to meet all service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage order discrepancies, conduct necessary adjustments including product modifications, cancellations, and manual entries.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to provide timely updates and resolve issues.
  • Analyze and implement process improvements for enhanced operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate order management documentation and contribute to the creation and revision of operational playbooks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong expertise in Order Management systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective customer and team interactions.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines.

Required Domain Experience:

  • Previous experience in managing large, multinational client orders.
  • Background in coordinating with multiple teams for bug resolution and order discrepancy management.
