Job Summary:
We seeking an Operations Program Manager to develop and execute business planning initiatives for the client Partner Planning team. This role involves strategic quota and headcount planning, enhancing operational processes, and ensuring collaborative efforts align across global teams to support client's annual planning cycles. The position is critical in facilitating scalable and data-driven business planning efforts that aid client's growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the strategic business planning and alignment of goals across various units.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis for quota and headcount modeling to support partner success.
  • Manage stakeholder communication to ensure transparency and alignment within planning initiatives.
  • Provide ad-hoc operational support to enhance program efficiency.
  • Lead collaborative efforts with partner, sales, and planning teams to achieve comprehensive business planning.
     
  • Must-Have Skills:
  • Proven experience in program or project management.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed environments.
