Job Description

Primary Skills: Auditing (Intermediate), Policy Enforcement (Advanced), Program Management (Intermediate), Communication (Expert), Documentation (Intermediate).
Contract Type:  W2 Only
Duration:  3+ Months with Possible Extension
Location: Salt Lake City, UT (#LI-Hybrid 3 Days a Week)
Pay Range: $27 - $32 per hour. on W2
 

Job Summary:
The role focuses mainly on the review and auditing of the Case Break category alongside providing extensive operational coordination. Responsibilities include spot-checking and auditing Case Break listings, enforcing related policies, and managing the overall process coordination within the team. The position requires a deep understanding of the Case Break and trading card hobby, proficiency in managing administrative duties, and efficient communication across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough review and spot checks of Case Break listings to ensure compliance.
  • Enforce client’s Case Break policies promptly and effectively.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Case Break and trading card hobby to improve auditing quality.
  • Streamline process coordination across program management, including incentives and onboarding.
  • Handle administrative duties such as scheduling, document management, and team communication to support Live Operations.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Proficient in auditing and policy enforcement.
  • Exceptional communication and coordination abilities.
  • Strong administrative and documentation skills.
Industry Experience:
Ideally, candidates will have experience in the e-commerce sector, with a strong preference for those knowledgeable about Case Break and the trading card hobby.
