JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Coordinate with postproduction teams to track and interpret show calendars and delivery dates within client's tracking environment.
• Capture and update content data regularly in the tracking system, integrating data from other sources.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners to facilitate smooth deliveries.
• Generate reports to identify milestones and provide operational insights.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation, particularly in cloud environments. 

• Ideal candidate has a background in show/feature postproduction or as an assistant or editor. Must have an understanding of the motion picture post-production process (asset creation, mastering and QC) and technical delivery requirements ( ProRes , IMF) with an emphasis on milestone tracking.
• Strong knowledge of various platforms and content management systems including but not limited to Air Table, Google Sheets, Smart Sheets and OnebDrive
• Understanding of cloud based architecture, AWS or similar environments preferred but not required. Must effectively solve problems and roadblocks as they occur while escalating when necessary. Outstanding communication skills and the ability to present effective, data- supported suggestions for tools and workflow improvements.
• Experience with constructing complex SQL and database queries, Python programming language, Terminal (OSX) and Ubuntu (Linux) command line operations a plus.
• General knowledge of industry leading non-linear editing systems (Avid, Premiere) and Mastering tools (DVS Clipster , Colofront Transkoder , Davinci Resolve) a plus.
