Duration: 6 Months
Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $20 - $22 per hour on W2

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Operations Analyst focused on enhancing our operations policies and managing the supplier onboarding process. The ideal candidate will join a dynamic team tasked with delivering detailed, accurate information and managing numerous requests throughout their lifecycle, from initiation to completion. This role demands a high level of analytical skills, precision, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and improve current operations policies to enhance efficiency.
  • Manage the supplier onboarding process end-to-end, ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams to gather necessary documentation and approvals.
  • Provide regular updates on the status of requests, highlighting any issues or delays promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in project management and team collaboration.
Domain or Industry Experience:
  • Prior experience in Operations, especially in customer and supplier onboarding processes, is highly preferred.
