JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Domain expertise in PLM / Bill Of Material
- Lead operations teams to achieve service excellence.
- Track and report on service delivery metrics to customers.
- Manage personnel onboarding, training, and implement service improvement activities.
- Conduct meetings on delivery performance, service improvements, and process optimizations.
- Work with Business Development and Client Partners to support growth and manage team capacities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills for managing client and team interactions.
