Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Network Security Engineer to provide expertise in Next Generation Firewall (NGFW) technologies for our product's maximization, ensure rapid achievement of security objectives through effective implementation, and foster strong partnerships through a high-touch, highly visible delivery strategy. This role involves collaboration with Product and Engineering teams to develop and integrate security and endpoint solutions, serving as a champion for customer and partner success. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving product adoption, influencing the product roadmap, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through strategic technical account plan deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise on NGFW technologies to maximize product potential for customers and partners.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to develop and integrate network security and endpoint solutions.
• Serve as a customer advocate, driving product adoption and influencing the product roadmap.
• Implement and operationalize solutions to help customers rapidly achieve their security goals.
• Partner with account teams for a strategic, high-visibility technical delivery and product success planning.

Must-Have Skills:

• In-depth experience with network security engineering and operations.
• Strong working knowledge of Palo Alto Networks NGFW or similar security platforms.
• Relevant Network Security certifications (e.g., PCNSA, PCNSE, CISSP, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE).

Industry Experience:
Prior experience in network security, preferably with some experience in a customer-facing role within the technology or cybersecurity sectors.

Education Required: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering.
