JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 7+ years' experience as Business System Analyst
- Bachelor's in Information Systems, Business or related field
- Business System Analyst experience in CRM/ERP applications in a multiple application environment is required
- BSA experience in Siebel Quote, Orders, Work Orders, Activities, Trouble ticket, Assets experience is highly preferred
- BSA experience in Quote to Cash with a focus on Order Fulfillment, Install Base, Field Service, Service Contracts, Supply Chain in Oracle E Business Suite may also be considered
- Hands on Knowledge in Siebel, SFDC is preferred.Agile development methodologies
- ITIL Foundation Certification mandatory
