Job Summary:
This role involves collaborating with engineering teams to automate processes, support movie production and distribution infrastructure, and ensure high-performance network operations. The candidate will design, deploy, and manage scalable network solutions, document and troubleshoot network issues, and serve as a vital liaison among production engineering groups. On-call support, including after-hours, weekends, and holidays, is required in a dynamic studio environment.

Job Summary:
This role involves collaborating with engineering teams to automate processes, support movie production and distribution infrastructure, and ensure high-performance network operations. The candidate will design, deploy, and manage scalable network solutions, document and troubleshoot network issues, and serve as a vital liaison among production engineering groups. On-call support, including after-hours, weekends, and holidays, is required in a dynamic studio environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engineer and deploy scalable network infrastructure ensuring high availability and performance.
- Generate and maintain detailed documentation on network issues, root-cause analysis, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Design and implement tools for network monitoring, management, and alerting to predict and diagnose network anomalies.
- Provide Tier 2 support for various operations teams and interface with other entities for media asset sharing.
- Support and maintain a multi-vendor network environment including cloud infrastructure across different platforms.
Must-Have Skills:
- Experience with Public Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience in Palo and BGP Networks
- Proficiency in network scripting/automation with tools like Ansible or Terraform.
- Strong knowledge in network theory and services (e.g., OSI layers, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
