JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate within standard procedures and react to client outages
- Troubleshoot and provide problem determination and resolution
- Own incidents until resolved, engaging other engineers as necessary
- Establish work priorities based on guidelines and review work for accuracy
- Mentor other engineers and create/edit training manuals and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent experience
- Experience in planning, deploying, and supporting advanced technologies
- Passion for technology and strong technical aptitude
- Working knowledge in a variety of hardware and network technologies
- Hands-on experience in large enterprise or data center environments
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent certification
