- Manage projects while effectively communicating and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Create and maintain detailed network topology diagrams and documentation.
- Provide support and troubleshoot network-related issues following changes.
- Ensure compliance with Intuitive policies, including state residency restrictions and direct W2 employment status.
- In-depth familiarity with Cisco LAN/WAN/SD-WAN routing and Cisco Wireless administration.
- Expertise in Palo Alto Firewall administration and troubleshooting complex routing/switching issues.
- Strong oral and written communication skills for effective team member and customer interactions.
