JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our client is seeking a Subject Matter Expert proficient in SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure, OneDrive, and other Microsoft cloud solutions. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business needs, developing proof of concept, managing platform upgrades, mentoring junior resources, leading technical discussions, and ensuring best practices and governance. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in SharePoint and Power Platform, with expertise in model-driven and canvas app development. As part of the M365 team, you'll contribute to analysis, design, development, deployment, and ongoing support of collaboration apps and related services.

- 8+ years IT experience
- 6+ years assessing, planning, and designing Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform solutions
- Expertise in preparing technical documents and business cases
- Proficient with Microsoft technologies and collaboration platforms
- Skilled in troubleshooting and coordinating with vendors and Microsoft support
- Experience in M365 Security, Compliance, and PowerShell scripting
- Familiarity with SQL databases and enterprise-level solution design
- Knowledgeable in cloud deployment issues and IT security
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and with offshore teams
- SharePoint Online: Design, Development, Governance, Administration
- Power Platform: Design, Development, Governance, Administration
- Proficiency in C#, CSOM, SPFx, JavaScript, CSS, Web Services, Python, PowerShell
- Automated integrations between software applications
- Strong business communication and writing skills
- Project management and business analytics skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts simply
- Experience with OKTA preferred
