Job Summary:

This role drives the strategic vision and operational execution of membership partnerships, focusing on creating unique value beyond traditional loyalty programs. You will manage the entire lifecycle of partnership deals, from initial negotiation to measurable value realization, while continually evolving the partnership strategy. A strong consultative mindset combined with deal-making prowess is essential for success in this dynamic position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of membership partnership deal flow from inception to completion.
  • Lead direct negotiations for a curated selection of strategic partnership agreements.
  • Facilitate seamless collaboration across internal global and cross-functional teams.
  • Represent the company in meetings and discussions with external partners.
  • Continuously refine and innovate the membership partnership strategy.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven expertise in structuring and negotiating complex deals.
  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong aptitude for strategic problem-solving and framework development.

Experience in the technology or consumer services industry is preferred, particularly with a focus on innovative partnership models that drive differentiated value for specific customer segments.
