Job Summary:
This role is responsible for leading the daily operations and strategic execution of a YouTube channel and its video content. The ideal candidate will translate business objectives into impactful video programs, focusing on discoverability and audience engagement. Success in this position requires deep platform expertise and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of a YouTube channel and video content programs.
  • Oversee video production and program management from ideation to publishing.
  • Optimize video content for search engines and AI discoverability.
  • Monitor and engage with the channel's community daily.
  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights for content improvement.

Must-Have Skills:
  • Proven experience managing YouTube channels and video programs.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
  • Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
Industry Experience:
  • This role requires experience in enterprise technology products and/or the B2B software industry
