JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and strategize growth for Client’s trademark portfolio globally.
- Support marketing activities by ensuring compliance with advertising, consumer protection laws, and regulations.
- Resolve unauthorized use of trademarks and engage in legal protections.
- Collaborate with business units on online marketing, claims substantiation and regulatory compliance.
- Drive efforts to optimize internal processes, tools, and support models in transactions and marketing legal areas.
- J.D. degree from an ABA accredited law school or equivalent legal education/work experience.
- Experience in trademark and marketing law, preferably in the tech industry.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Must have a J.D. degree from an ABA accredited law school or meet the requirements for legal education in a foreign country, or equivalent work experience.
