Pay Range: $45-$48/hr


Job Summary:
This role will drive the strategic consolidation of various partner programs into a unified global framework. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end change process, ensuring minimal disruption to partners and business operations. A key aspect involves aligning stakeholders and preparing comprehensive materials for executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change strategy for program consolidation.
  • Lead executive governance forums, including agenda setting and decision facilitation.
  • Manage communications and alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Identify and mitigate transition risks to ensure smooth program integration.
  • Establish standardized processes and playbooks for future migrations.

Must-Have Skills:
  • Proven experience leading complex program consolidations.
  • Exceptional executive communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong stakeholder management across GTM, legal, and finance teams.

Industry Experience:
  • Experience in partner or channel program management within the technology or software industry is highly preferred.
