JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define CRM strategic plans and programs for Business products.
- Lead campaign activation and flawless delivery of communications across CRM channels
- Deliver superlative 1:1 campaign with compelling storytelling and relevant content.
- Articulate complex campaign requirements and partner with CRM data and operations teams.
- Collaborate with other CRM team leaders to establish campaign priorities and best practices.
- 4 years of experience in email marketing best practices
- Expertise in campaign briefs, storytelling, and creative development
- Understanding of data-driven CRM programs and campaign orchestration
