JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for our B2B GTM team to capitalize on the expanding B2B payments market, expected to reach USD 200 trillion by 2028. This role is designed for a strategic thinker with a knack for storytelling, data analysis, and cross-functional leadership to spearhead initiatives that enhance our product offerings and market position. The ideal candidate will navigate ambiguity, spearhead marketing campaigns, and develop deep insights into B2B customer needs, driving impactful go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of GTM plans, translating product, market, and customer insights into actionable strategies.
• Champion the B2B customer voice, developing empathy, and insights into their needs to support marketing and sales strategies.
• Leverage analytics and insights to differentiate our products and influence marketing and sales approaches.
• Drive marketing campaign strategies, defining objectives, measuring impact, and analyzing ROI to guide future initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, analytics, and product teams to iterate and enhance solution-selling strategies across all channels.

• Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving.
• Excellent analytical and project management capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

• Prior experience in SaaS, particularly B2B marketing, is highly desired.
• Familiarity with AP solutions, expense management, or direct experience in accounting or working with account sectors is a plus.
