Pay rate: $80-$82 per hour on W2

JOB SUMMARY:
Looking for a strategic Marketing Manager / Events Strategist to help scale its mid-market trade show and events program supporting  Enterprise Suite, QuickBooks Advanced, and Services. This role will focus on developing event strategies, evaluating trade shows, driving lead generation, and creating high-impact customer experiences.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Develop event strategies aligned with lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue goals.
  • Research and evaluate trade shows based on ICP fit, vertical priorities, and expected ROI.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and GTM teams on event planning and execution.
  • Track event KPIs including leads, meetings, MQLs, pipeline, and closed-won business.
  • Manage budgets, vendors, staffing, activation logistics, and onsite event execution.
  • Develop event messaging, presentations, demo experiences, and post-event nurture strategies.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong trade show/event strategy and program management experience.
  • Experience with lead generation, event KPIs, and ROI analysis.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and GTM teams.
  • Experience managing event budgets, vendors, timelines, and onsite execution.
  • Willingness to travel and serve as an onsite lead for key events.
