Job Description
Primary Skills: Lifecycle Marketing (advanced), CRM & Personalized Campaigns (advanced), AI/ML & GenAI for Marketing (advanced), Data Analytics & Experimentation(advanced), BGrowth Marketing & SaaS Customer Engagement (intermediate-advanced)
Contract Type: W2 Only
Duration: 12 month
Location: Mountain View, CA (#LI-Hybrid)
Pay Range: $80- $85 per hour on W2

Job Summary:
This role will develop and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns that increase adoption, engagement, and retention among QuickBooks Online Accountant customers and their small-business clients. The role uses customer data, marketing automation, AI/ML, and personalization to deliver targeted campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute personalized lifecycle and growth marketing campaigns.
Manage campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-product channels.
Use customer data, analytics, AI/ML, propensity models, and generative AI to improve campaign performance.
Analyze engagement and campaign performance using tools such as Tableau and Amplitude.
Partner cross-functionally to prioritize initiatives and drive customer adoption, engagement, and retention.
Support campaign planning, prototyping, project management, and reporting.
Must-Have Skills:
5+ years of Lifecycle Marketing experience.
Strong Growth Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing & Personalized Campaigns experience.
Hands-on experience with CRM channels — Email, SMS, Push, or In-Product.
Experience using AI/ML, propensity models, recommendation engines, or GenAI in marketing.
Strong data analytics & reporting skills; Tableau/Amplitude preferred.
Experience with SaaS / digital products and customer lifecycle programs.
Strong cross-functional project management and communication skills.
Familiarity with Figma/Canva and collaboration tools such as Miro/Lucid.
