JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leverage data, channels, and personalization tools to bring the customer experience strategy to life
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to translate audience targeting requirements into actual targeting rules and data points
- Identify, collect, and validate data required for campaign audience segmentation and personalization
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and drive them to resolution
- Partner with data engineering/tech teams to plan data requirements and build pipelines for data usage in campaigns
- Manage multiple timelines and milestones with marketing, technical, and analytics teams
- Communicate data and technical requirements to prioritize work across teams
- Evaluate, implement, and maintain new technologies for campaign optimization and marketing automation
- 5 years of experience in Marketing Automation/Marketing Operations/CRM/Marketing Technology
- Experience using marketing automation platforms like Adobe, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.
- Experience with segmentation, personalization, and fully automating campaigns utilizing data feeds and customer action triggers
- Experience in marketing SaaS, apps, or similar online or eCommerce services/products
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
