JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- As a member of the Corporate Responsibility team, you will be responsible for supporting marketing campaigns, programs, and running project management for top marketing priorities across the team.
- Creative Marketing & Management Support: Support creative development through managing creative projects, including marketing strategy support (e.g. writing creative briefs), creative asset development (creating in-house and working with agencies), review processes, storytelling production support and management (e.g. video/photo shoots).
- Content, Projects, and Campaign Support: Act as project manager for end-to-end campaigns and marketing projects. Main responsibilities consist of coordinating and supporting integrated marketing projects and campaigns, including but not limited to end-to-end project management, budget management, and agency coordination/scheduling. Supports the execution of our education marketing plans (e.g. user testing marketing plans, launch, and ongoing marketing). Also supports key partnership marketing support (content, campaigns, etc).
- Measurement and Reporting: Support goal measurement and reporting through driving timelines and team coordination around testing, reporting, and optimization. Partners with the brand team on delivering data needed for measurement and tracking.
- 3+ years experience in integrated marketing and/or digital marketing with core experience in paid media advertising, campaign development, and project management
- A strong "roll up your sleeves" attitude - Experience working at a large consumer brands and/or an advertising agency - A love for organization and details
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, naturally collaborative with the ability to work across different levels of seniority and business functions
- Experience or background in corporate responsibility or social impact a plus
