Job Summary: 
This role involves managing social media operations and enhancing brand presence across digital channels for a technology company. You will collaborate with various internal teams and external agencies to ensure effective campaign execution and content accuracy. The position requires meticulous content validation, daily channel monitoring, and assisting with post scheduling and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate social media campaign activities with cross-functional teams and agencies.
  • Review and approve all social media content for accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Enhance social media copy to boost engagement and clarity.
  • Monitor social channels to gauge audience sentiment and escalate issues.
  • Assist in publishing and scheduling posts across various platforms.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage diverse tasks and priorities.
Industry Experience:
Experience in the technology or B2B marketing industry is preferred.
