Pay Range: $45-$50/hr on W2 

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for the comprehensive management of event sponsorships, from initial engagement to post-event analysis. You will be the main point of contact for sponsors, ensuring all commitments are met and providing a positive experience. The position requires meticulous tracking of deliverables, payments, and effective collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sponsor inquiries and contract processing
• Oversee sponsorship payment tracking and communication
• Coordinate sponsor readiness for event execution
• Track and ensure fulfillment of sponsor commitments
• Support post-event reporting and process improvement

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail for tracking and accuracy

Industry Experience:
Experience in technology or B2B event marketing environments is preferred.
