Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled RA/QA Post Market Data Analyst to join our RA/QA Data Analytics team. This role is crucial for transforming data into actionable insights by working closely with the Post Market teams, employing tools like SQL, Python and Tableau to gather, clarify, and deliver comprehensive reports and analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics within the medical device domain, demonstrating an adept ability to integrate diverse data sources and deliver high-quality, actionable analytics for business improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Post Market teams to fulfill data needs and translate complex requirements into detailed metrics, reports, and dashboards.
- Lead the development and documentation of new metrics and reports by partnering efficiently with business teams.
- Perform deep dives into datasets to offer insights on product quality performance, ensuring accuracy and consistency in data analysis.
- Create and maintain user documentation and visual data representations, supporting business system integrations for enhanced report outputs.
- Continuously refine analytical solutions and reports to improve user experience and support decision-making processes.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficient in SQL, Python and Tableau with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in data exploration and presentation, with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
Industry Experience Required:
- Previous experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or related regulatory industries is highly preferred.
