Job Summary:
This role involves ensuring high product quality by completing comprehensive tests for server firmware and software. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support factory testing, and analyze test results to identify and resolve defects. A key aspect of this position is contributing to the continuous improvement of testing strategies and leveraging AI tools for automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with PM, development, tools, and AE teams to define test coverage.
- Execute tests for server firmware and software to meet quality and schedule targets.
- Support factory test processes for robust manufacturing releases.
- Analyze test results, debug failures, and provide insights for product improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement of testing strategies, tools, and processes.
- 3+ years of experience in test development, firmware validation, or automation.
- Familiarity with server manufacturing processes (PCB, SMT, ICT to L6/L10/L11).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
