The ideal candidate will play a critical role in overseeing projects from conception through the software development life cycle, with opportunities to present to key executives and potentially travel to premium global event locations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to outline feature requirements and ensure streamlined event technology processes.
- Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop aspects of our Event Management System and execute onsite event plans.
- Oversee project management across all phases of the software development life cycle specifically tailored to event technology needs.
- Maintain and integrate new technologies into the existing MarTech stack, ensuring a cohesive user experience.
- Potential for domestic and international travel to oversee the technology execution at global events.
- Strong experience with event registration technology and understanding of various integration methods.
- Proficiency in Marketo, Tableau, Power BI, and familiarity with SaaS events tools (RainFocus, Cvent, or Swoogo).
- Comfortable working with APIs and with web markup, including HTML and CSS.
- Excellent capability to manage complex, agile projects with multiple timelines, complemented by strong architectural knowledge of event technology components.
