JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Value Realization: Develop framework for measurement of value that is driven by the transformation program
- Identify metrics that will measure the success of the program
- Work with internal stakeholders in identifying and obtaining data required for quantifying value
- Build ROI model to perform cost benefit analysis for each initiative on the transformation roadmap
- Program Management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience
- Experience working on variety of projects and/or large-scale transformations
- Effective verbal/written communication ability and comfort with business & technical discussions w/ senior audiences
- Collaborative team building skills with the ability to lead through influence
- Knowledge/experience in leading project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Lean, etc.)
