Job Title: Manager, Hardware Asset Management
Contract Type:  W2 Only
Duration:  7 Months (Contract to full time)

Pay Range: $50 - $55 per hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Manager of Hardware Asset Management to lead the comprehensive lifecycle management of all hardware assets within the enterprise. This pivotal role involves developing and enforcing asset management procedures, collaborating with various departments to ensure asset compliance, and utilizing ServiceNow HAM Professional for scalable hardware asset operations. The ideal candidate will drive improvements in visibility, accountability, and optimization of our IT hardware inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the complete hardware asset lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
• Utilize ServiceNow HAM Pro for automating asset tracking, management workflows, and ensuring accurate inventory records.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to uphold physical IT hardware accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and maintain asset management policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and alignment with ITSM processes.
• Perform regular asset audits, manage vendor relationships, and provide actionable insights through HAM dashboards and reports.

Must Have Skills:

• Extensive experience in Hardware Asset Management.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow HAM Pro and its workflow integrations.
• Strong understanding of ITIL-based asset lifecycle management principles.

Industry Experience:

• Experience in healthcare or other highly regulated industries is preferred but not required.
