Location: Mountain View CA (Hybrid, 3Days/Week)
Pay Range: $50.00 - $57.00 per hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in enhancing AI capabilities within our product portfolio, focusing on smarter product development, improved anti-fraud/security features, and superior customer care improvements. The ideal candidate will design and build systems that enhance machine learning scalability, usability, and performance, and work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and refine machine learning and other algorithms. This role involves interacting with various data sources to develop and deploy scalable, reliable machine learning models into production, ensuring top-notch performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build systems improving ML scalability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and implement machine learning algorithms.
  • Communicate effectively with peers and leaders about research and projects.
  • Explore and apply state-of-the-art technologies to deliver customer benefits.
  • Deploy machine learning models ensuring scalability and reliability in production.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Solid understanding of the MLOps lifecycle.
  • Expertise in data engineering and data pipeline creation.

Industry Experience Required: Experience in cloud platforms like AWS, container orchestration using Kubernetes, and large-scale data processing tools such as Spark are necessary. A background in developing backend software and a strong foundation in Computer Science principles are also pivotal for this role.
