JOB SUMMARY:
As a member of our client engineering team your responsibilities for this position include, primarily supporting MacOS. May also get called upon to also support Windows computers in a highly customized MECM and JAMF Cloud environment.
This role will have a specific emphasis on Responsibilities include application packaging, reporting, Operating System Deployment, security hardening, and establishing Hardware, OS, and Software standards.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support MacOS and, as needed, Windows computers in a highly customized MECM and JAMF Cloud setting.
- Execute application packaging and distribution.
- Perform tasks related to Operating System Deployment.
- Ensure security hardening of systems.
- Define and establish hardware, OS, and software standards.
- Proficient in MacOS and Windows support within a MECM and JAMF Cloud environment.
- Skilled in application packaging and OS deployment.
- Expertise in security practices and standardization processes.
