This position operates within a 24x7 global support model requiring flexibility and strong collaboration skills.

Job Summary:
This role is responsible for the ongoing management, maintenance, and enhancement of a global M365 environment. The administrator will ensure the stability and reliability of core M365 services, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the overall IT infrastructure. This position operates within a 24x7 global support model requiring flexibility and strong collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain the M365 environment including patching and upgrades.
- Proactively manage and support core M365 technologies.
- Address and escalate IT support tickets efficiently.
- Develop and maintain essential technical documentation.
- Collaborate with a global team to resolve complex issues.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience with Azure, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Intune, and DAAS.
- Strong scripting and automation capabilities using PowerShell.
- Excellent communication and collaborative problem-solving abilities.
This role requires experience supporting M365 infrastructure within a large-scale global enterprise environment, demonstrating a solid understanding of its core components and monitoring principles.
