Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Global Returns Logistics Coordinator to manage and improve the reverse logistics process for our distributed engineering devices, ensuring efficient worldwide collection, tracking, and secure disposition. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the global coordination of device returns, working closely with operational teams across different time zones to enable device redistribution and scrapping. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, requiring strong organizational skills, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate evolving processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the global device return process, ensuring efficient collection and disposition across multiple regions and offices.
  • Build and maintain operational dashboards for tracking asset intake and return volumes globally.
  • Collaborate with regional teams and compliance partners to ensure optimized logistics and adherence to guidelines.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the global returns workflow and program scalability.
  • Maintain accurate operational records and communicate effectively with global stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of return operations.

Must-Have Skills:
  • Proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet tools for operational tracking and reporting.
  • Strong experience in operations coordination, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills.

Industry Experience:
Experience in logistics, transportation, or reverse logistics operations is preferred. Familiarity with data visualization/analytics tools and asset tracking or inventory management is desirable.
