Shift:  Saturday & Sunday - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST

Job Description:
We are seeking two highly organized and skilled Logistics Planners to join our team for weekend-only shifts. The ideal candidates will bring hands-on experience in physical outbound shipment planning, using Transportation Management Systems (TMS) for the planning, execution, and optimization of goods movement. This role is critical to ensuring efficient, compliant shipments of our software and equipment, including careful manual planning for non-automated processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute physical outbound shipments, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
• Utilize TMS for optimal inbound and outbound goods movement.
• Adapt quickly and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage shipments from hub to spokes and spokes to Contract Manufacturers (CMs).
• Execute non-automated shipment planning processes for our products efficiently.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience in physical outbound shipment planning.
• Proficiency in TMS for logistics planning and execution.
• Ability to quickly learn and multitask.

Industry Experience Required:

• Previous experience in manual shipment planning is essential. Experience with logistics or supply chain management in the software and equipment industry is preferred.
