The ideal candidate should be skilled at physical shipment planning, not just theoretical or automated systems, and must be capable of handling our specific needs for shipping software and equipment. This role calls for a proactive individual who can multitask and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment to ensure compliant, efficient, and effective logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute outbound shipments from hub to spokes, and spokes to CMs, utilizing advanced knowledge of TMS.
- Ensure all shipments, including inbound and outbound, are compliant with industry standards and have proper documentation.
- Quickly adapt to new situations and challenges in logistics planning, demonstrating strong multitasking abilities.
- Utilize experience in non-automated shipment planning systems for both inbound and outbound logistics.
- Handle logistics specific to the company's software and equipment, ensuring safe and efficient transport.
Must-have skills:
- Proven experience in physical outbound shipment planning.
- Advanced proficiency with Transportation Management Systems (logics platform).
- Ability to multitask and swiftly learn new processes.
Industry Experience:
