Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator with hands-on warehouse experience to support day-to-day supply chain and distribution operations. This role is responsible for coordinating shipments, managing inventory, scheduling deliveries, and ensuring smooth movement of goods across the warehouse and transportation network.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and inventory control, along with experience working with WMS/ERP systems and coordinating with carriers and internal teams. You will play a key role in tracking shipments, resolving operational issues, maintaining accurate records, and supporting process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods
  • Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, audits, and system updates
  • Schedule and track shipments with carriers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Utilize WMS/ERP systems to monitor inventory, process orders, and generate reports
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff, transportation teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
  • Identify and resolve shipment delays, inventory discrepancies, and operational issues.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), ERP
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
Domain/Industry Experience: Tech/Enterprise Level Background Preferred
