Duration:  3+ Months with Possible Extension
Location: Salt Lake City, UT (#LI-Hybrid 3 Days a Week)
Pay Range: $27 - $32 per hour. on W2

Job Summary:
The Live Seller Community & Enforcement Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring a fair and trustworthy selling environment on client's Live. Responsibilities include monitoring seller activities, fostering community engagement, and enforcing client's selling policies through investigation and management. The role requires deep knowledge in live streaming and familiarity with collectibles.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster engagement within the seller community by actively monitoring forums and documenting seller feedback.
  • Conduct thorough monitoring of seller activities to detect any fraud, policy violations, and unfair practices.
  • Investigate reports of misconduct within the seller community.
  • Issue warnings and manage the enforcement of policies to maintain integrity.
  • Contribute to the improvement of policies by providing insightful feedback from seller interactions.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Strong understanding of community management practices.
  • Proven ability to detect and investigate fraud or policy violations.
  • Experience with live streaming technology and the collectibles market.
Industry Experience:
Experience in e-commerce, preferably with live auction or live streaming platforms, and a background in or knowledge of collectibles is highly regarded.
