JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- We are seeking a diligent Learning and Development Content Developer to join our dynamic team. This role involves the design and development of engaging, customer-focused and performance-based training content, utilizing the latest in instructional design methods and technologies. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively to customize training materials for diverse audiences and manage multiple projects effectively to meet strict deadlines.
- Design and develop Technology-Based Training (TBT) and Instructor-Led Training (ILT) packages utilizing analysis and evaluation data.
- Customize program design to meet specific audience needs, ensuring relevant practice and feedback are incorporated.
- Use expert resources to enhance the development of training content.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation and delivery.
- Utilize metrics for the continuous improvement of training content and delivery methods.
- Proficient with RISE for content development.
- Experienced in using Camtasia and/or InDesign for content creation.
- Proficient in the ADDIE instructional design process.
