Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Learning Facilitator to join our team at Okta University, responsible for driving organizational capability through the effective facilitation of our learning and development solutions. The role involves conducting both in-person and virtual training sessions, managing session logistics, and supporting the design and development of engaging learning experiences for employees at all levels. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for education, strong facilitation skills, and experience in adult learning principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Previous experience in a similar role within the Learning & Development field is highly preferred.

The role involves conducting both in-person and virtual training sessions, managing session logistics, and supporting the design and development of engaging learning experiences for employees at all levels. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for education, strong facilitation skills, and experience in adult learning principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate client's global onboarding program and other professional development workshops, leveraging a variety of instructional techniques.
- Manage all aspects of virtual and in-person training sessions, including pre- and post-session activities.
- Use role-playing, demonstrations, team exercises, and group discussions to enhance participant engagement and learning outcomes.
- Support the design and development of diverse learning experiences including in-person, blended, virtual, and self-paced programs.
- Adapt training content and delivery methods to meet the unique needs of diverse audiences.
- Proven ability in facilitating both in-person and live Zoom sessions.
- Solid understanding and application of adult learning principles in designing and delivering learning content.
- Experience in managing virtual and in-person learning sessions effectively.
Previous experience in a similar role within the Learning & Development field is highly preferred.
