Job Summary:
Join our dynamic Learning and Development team as a Global Training Program Coordinator, where you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our training programs to ensure their effectiveness across the globe. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with designers and SMEs to develop and refine training programs and materials.
- Manage the update and prioritization of training content, ensuring timely adjustments and enhancements.
- Track and report on the status of training program updates in alignment with established schedules.
- Balance multiple training project updates and requests effectively.
- Support additional tasks and projects related to global learning experiences as needed.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficient in instructional design and content development tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Rise 360).
- Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English and a preference for additional languages (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, French, Spanish).
Industry Experience:
- Experience in Learning & Development, Training, or a related field within diverse and global environments strongly preferred.
This role is open to candidates in the US and Canada, with the flexibility for remote work and willingness to travel up to 15%.
