JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic Technical Program Manager to join our Robotics Manufacturing and Technical Operations team, driving the next wave of robotics innovation. This role demands a forward-thinking individual passionate about fostering inclusion, streamlining processes, and leveraging data to pave the way for advanced AI, CV, and ML capabilities. Ideal for candidates who excel in fast-paced environments and possess a blend of engineering acumen, problem-solving skills, and visionary leadership.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 
  • Promote and enhance a culture of inclusion.
  • Forge strong partnerships across functions to define and execute analytics tools and insights.
  • Simplify processes and empower self-service through automation and innovative tools.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy supportive of future technological advancements.
  • Boost technical excellence within the data team and enhance the quality of all deliverables.
  • Experience in process mapping and working with cross-functional teams to identify and address process inefficiencies.
  • Experience with process mapping such as Flowcharts, swimlane diagrams, value stream maps, or similar tools will be needed as well
Must have Skills:
  • Proficiency in PLM, ERP, and MES systems.
  • Strong data visualization capabilities with tools like Tableau or Quicksight.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Industry Experience Required:
Prior experience in Robotics, Manufacturing, or a closely related technical field is highly desired.
