Pay Range:  $25 - $28 per hour on W2

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled LMS Administrator to join our team in supporting and managing our learning management system to deliver outstanding online training. The ideal candidate will handle system issues, support content and user profile management, and facilitate training modules and reports to enhance our educational offerings. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our LMS, requiring both technical mastery and customer-focused skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic LMS support issues, escalating as necessary.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing and support content and training assignment management.
  • Provide training and support to LMS users on system features.
  • Ensure compliance with global legal and regulatory obligations.
  • Monitor support incidents and generate system reports, completing special projects as assigned.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Proficient in LMS technical troubleshooting.
  • Experience in managing and supporting customer service requests via a ticketing system.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Industry Experience:
  • Experience in the medical devices industry is preferred but not mandatory.
This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with 1-2 years of related experience. The position is hybrid, based in our Sunnyvale office, and local candidates are preferred. Join our team and contribute to enhancing our educational initiatives through effective LMS administration.
