JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partnering with UX disciplines across program (UXD, UXR, UXW, UXE) to identify & help unblock / resolve issues / questions and enable the teams to do their best work.
- Deliverable: central RAID Log + associated emails/comms
- Creating and maintaining detailed UX Timelines for multiple workstreams, in Asana & Sheets, integrated into overall engineering timelines.
- Deliverable: Timeline per UX track (sheets / Asana) + consolidated UX timeline across all track
- Proactively supporting UX leads to organize & lead regular cadence of meetings & design reviews - setting agenda, pre-reads, capturing Action Items / Issues / Risks across multiple workstreams and reporting out/escalating to leads and leadership team. Attend select (not all) track meetings that require additional short term attention
- Deliverables: Meeting calendar + agenda including pre-reads & RAID log items to resolve
- Creating & socializing workstream status
- Deliverable: traffic light reports (leadership audience) + team newsletters
- Partnering & aligning with xfn teams (including Technical/Engineering Program Managers + leads, Engineering teams, Product managers and business stakeholders) to ensure key information is socialized and understood
- Deliverables: Status updates to xfn partners on planned UX deliverables, due dates, milestones etc.
- Contributing to scalable UX PgM best practices (process, structures, organization, artifacts) across the program and the wider UX PgM Team
- Familiarity / experience in managing UX programs is critical.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity is needed.
- Self starter is a must.
