JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the subject matter expert and lead consultative resource in the administration, maintenance, and support of the Kronos system within a healthcare organization.
- This role involves leading and managing all Kronos WFC 8.x application activities, providing database and server administration, and supporting various system upgrades, including performance improvements and security initiatives.
- The successful candidate will ensure effective coordination with internal teams and provide timely customer support, ensuring efficient resolution of issues and system enhancements.
- 5+ years of experience in Kronos/UKG Workforce Central version 8.x. (Timekeeper, Device Managers, Integration Manager (WIM))
- 3+ years of Kronos/UKG Report Development with Microsoft Reporting services experience
- Background in Oracle database and AIX/Unix environments is a plus but not required.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
