JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a dynamic Junior Technical Project Manager/Coordinator to join our team, working closely with seasoned Project Managers to deliver enterprise-level projects within the Client Enterprise Technology portfolio.
- Work alongside seasoned Project Managers to facilitate, track, and manage project workstreams, issues, and risks.
- Update and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
- Partner with military veterans, leveraging their heavy coordination experience for project success.
- Manage simultaneous projects, keeping track of all progress and developments.
- Engage with vendors and international teams, aligning their deliverables with project goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of project management experience.
- Strong foundation in Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Experience in large organizations, preferably in private financial sectors.
- Proficiency in modern project management tools like ServiceNow, PPM, and MS Project Online, along with familiarity with collaboration software and standard MS Office tools
- Strong end-user experience in a variety of productivity tools for efficient project coordination and communication
