Pay Range: $45 - $48 per hour


Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Jira and Confluence Administrator on a contract basis to support and evolve our Atlassian ecosystem across both on-premise and cloud environments, ensuring optimal stability, performance, and scalability. This remote role demands a skilled individual to provide essential support, manage system configurations, and drive improvements to maintain our standing as a world-class engineering organization. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise to support our team and customers, fostering efficiency and self-sufficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address Level 2 and Level 3 support issues for Jira and Confluence including user queries, permissions, and configurations.
  • Create, maintain, and update technical documentation internally and for customers.
  • Support and guide customer implementation projects and enhancement requests.
  • Assist in Jira board configurations, JQL tuning, and system troubleshooting.
  • Evaluate and implement new versions of Atlassian tools, integrations, and manage cloud migration projects.
Must-Have Skills:
  • 4+ years in IT support and customer engagement. - Must have
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience administering Jira and Confluence in enterprise environments. - Must have
  • Strong understanding of Atlassian Cloud and Data Center architectures. - Must have
  • Proficiency in JQL, REST APIs, and automation tools.
  • Experience with Linux, Bash, and Unix command line.
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and public cloud environments (AWS preferred).
