Job Summary:
The Wealth Management Account Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting Investment Services Managers with the comprehensive management of managed agency accounts, ensuring high-quality service aligned with statutory requirements. This position involves direct client interaction, coordination with various stakeholders including trustees and attorneys, and the maintenance of account-related processes such as fund transfers and account maintenance requests. The role requires strong organizational, problem-solving abilities, and adherence to regulatory and company compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the management and relationship-building of assigned managed agency accounts in coordination with Investment Services Managers.
  • Facilitate high-quality service delivery by working closely with portfolio managers, advisors, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Process fund transfers, checks, wires, and account-related transactions including administration of IRAs.
  • Prepare client portfolio review books and custom client reporting as needed.
  • Assist in compliance reporting and ensure all training and certification requirements are maintained.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in investment management or trust environment.
  • Finra Series 7 
Industry Experience:
  • Familiarity with financial services organization operations, with a preference for those holding or pursuing Client Series 7 and Series 66 certifications
